Ableton crashes while oppening kontakt 7

Hello, I need help with this because I don't know what to do :(

I can open kontakt 5, maschine, control, etc. But konktak 7 isn't working.

if I open the programme in standalone mode, no window opens and the programme seems to be working in the background. If I open it in Ableton, the DAW crashes, does not respond and I have to close it.

I have tried to reinstall it and it still not working.

Please, help!

Did you change what your plugin is looking for in Ableton? I have a separate browser entry in my plugins for Native Instruments and in there I have Kontakt, Kontakt 7, Komplete Kontrol as well as some individual plugins like Raum and Massive. Kontakt 7 is in a different physical location than Kontakt.
