MISSING STEMS AFTER GENERATING.

After upgrading to Traktor 4, I have sucessfully generated over 100 stems. All of a sudden, when I opened Traktor 4 one day, the tracks didn't show the icon next to them where the stems were generated. When I check the location of the stems, it looks like they're all there stored but w/ all different random character as names for the file. (ex. HGKDAOESFRTHERFPASL.stem.mp4). It seems that Traktor 4 has lost the connection from the original track to the stems. I thought updating to Traktor 4.0.2 would fix the issue but it didn't. So when I generate stems again now, it seems to be working like normal before, but worried that this issue of losing the stems will happen again, I'm attaching a video for NI or anyone to view to see if they have any similar issues.
