Hello

I bought a Maschine 3 last week I was traveling with my MacPro , everything was perfect

Now I am back in my studio with a new Mac Studio computer I connect the Maschine and none of the internal sounds that where with the original set disappeared. A Los I subscribed to the 360 program so I downloaded all the sounds that they show up in the Maschine but the ( GB that were standard with the Maschine are not there

No idea what to do

I use Cubase 13 I downloaded the Maschine 2 . I tried the solution of deleting the favorites and database that I saw in a post but the sound that where inside tghe Maschine are no longer there

Thank you for any ideas to solve this issue

Gabriel

Did you reinstall/relocate the NI programs/libraries/expansions in the new computer?

All the software side of things by NI gets installed in the computer (the Maschine MK3 is just a controller, it doesn’t “contain” anything), so if you change computer and the new one doesn’t have the installations, nothing works there

in the case it is an expansion, you must reinstall it from NatIve Access (like you did on the other computer).

Only libraries can be moved and then relocated.

Programs and Expansions must be installed on every computer you’ll use.

Specially in your case, where only few products are involved, reinstalling it’s the fastest way.

Keep Native Access installed on both computers and from there you’ll have access to all your products installations

So if that the only folder I have to copy : where I copy it so the Maschine can read it when it is used in the Mac Studio

You are vey kind, thank you very much!!
