Hello, I am struggling to install kontakt player so I can utilize a Teletone synth library

specs:

  • 2020 Mac Mini M1
  • Sonoma 13.5
  • Logic Pro 10.7.7
  • Native Access 2
-Teletone Audio Anagram Library-Kontakt Player 7

I have used Pacifist to activate the NTK Daemon .pkg file, and have given both Daemon and Native Access full disk access. I have moved my Native Instruments information/library from its original Content Location (Macintosh HD/users/shared), to Macintosh HD/users/my name, as I was instructed to do, from a thread in this subreddit (I think), and then finally to a folder in an external hard drive. I disabled all of my VPN/Proxies/etc and any other antivirus software that would block installation. I was also able to install the Teletone Library extremely easy, and only failed to install the Kontakt Player. Any help is greatly appreciated

Hello jules2799, can you please try this workaround:

In order to get NA to download the full installer we have to remove the affected products first.PC:

    1. Apply the following steps to the affected products: Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)
    2. Restart PC and open NA
    3. Install the product(s) from the available section
    4. NA should download and run the full installer of the latest available version now

    Mac:

    1. Navigate to the following location:  Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences >
    2. delete the following file of the affected product: com.native-instruments.product name.plist
    3. restart your computer and open NA
    4. Install the product(s) from the available section
    5. NA should download and run the full installer of the latest available version now

If the issue persists, I would kindly advice to opening a support ticket or requesting a chat support using this link below:

    I hope this helps☺️
