Issue installing Maschine factory selection

I purchased Maschine Essentials, after installing Maschine I downloaded Maschine factory selection and installed (from Native Access), but only the samples and project files downloaded, none of the instruments or effect plugins.

This window pops up, like a virtual drive? as i have no optical drive.

When i run the installer it pops this up..

The installer/virtual drive disappears within a minute of native access downloading it.

I have looked through the forum and can not find anything.

I am on Windows 11.
