Traktor 4 license not included with X1 mk3

Hi just received a new X1 mk3, and registered the hardware serial.

Nowhere in the box is there a serial card for the Traktor 4 software that it advertised as coming with it.

Native access does not show Traktor 4, my account only shows the X1

What am I missing or have done wrong?

Is there supposed to be a separate serial card for the software?

There is an early batch of X1 MK3 whose serial number was tied to Traktor 3 rather then 4.
I seem to have had one of those devices.
Product Support assigned me the Traktor 4 license and all works fine.
Took all of 10 minutes to fix, you just need the serial number and proof of purchase.

Does it show Traktor 3 Pro? Or nothing at all?

If it shows Traktor 3, I would contact support and they should help you out with a free upgrade.

No, there is no separate card with a software serial, usually you should get your licence with registering the hardware. You‘ll have to contact NI support to fix this; if you haven‘t bought at NI itself you will need a proof of purchase to validate the date of purchase.

Support sorted my TP4 license within 6 hours of contacting them … Purchased Friday morning Australian time, online support after I didn’t see TP4 in my account from registering X1mk3, by the time I finished work it was in my account ready to go.
Installed that night, a few tests to make sure my TP3 everything came across … and then used TP4 and X1mk3 on the Sat night.

@Defy The Signal It might be that you have to enter TP3/4 licence number that is listed on top of your licence list on your NI account into Native Access.
