Kontrol D2 Not Work? And Support traktor 4?

Hello, I own a Kontrol D2 and have been using Traktor 3. Recently, I tried to open Traktor 3 but it got stuck on the 'vegas mode' screen. It won't start. What should I do?

Also, will Traktor 4 be compatible with Kontrol D2?
If I upgrade to Traktor 4, will I lose my current Traktor 3? If Traktor 4 doesn't support Kontrol D2, will I be forced to use Traktor 3 with my Kontrol D2?

I'm hoping you can help me with these questions.

Upgrade won't loose you TP3. TP4 supports D2. If your D2 doesn't work with either version you may not have installed the driver (improbable, unless you started the installer exe file by hand and deselected the D2 driver) or your OS may not support the device. Check compatibility here:
