Native Access 1.14 won't auto-upgrade on M1 MacBook Pro Sonoma

Before I manually delete it and manually install it fresh, is there something I'm missing?

I did get the message saying that Native Access would restart after upgrade, but it has been over an hour and it doesn't appear that anything is happening…no downoading, no installing.

Do I need to do a rain dance and be patient, or should I just go ahead with the manual upgrade? Thanks in advance!

I ended up fixing this by deleting Native Access and downloading and installing the newest version.
