Missing product in Native Access

Hello ! I purchased a 2nd hand Session Percussionist from a dealer. He correctly sorted the transfer of licence code which I input yo my NI account and it was recognised and a successful transfer .

However I'm unable to install it as it's missing in Native Access. It's not in the "available" tab .

To be clear the transfer was successful.

The so-called support has been useless. The AI chat I tried and I attached screenshots and zero response despite waiting 9 hours. Zero.

Any ideas ??

    Hello Mike, I checked your serial number using the screenshots that you have sent us via the chat bot and it seems like you have registered your product with your other account which is causing this issue.

    So I created a ticket for you and send you an answer there with a question to merge, please check your email and let us know about your answer directly replying that email so we can merge your accounts to solve this issue.
