record multiple Audio-Tracks from the same synth
I have one external Synth (MiniFreak) connected to my Maschine+.
How do I have to set up the system, that I can i.e. record the audio of the MF into one channel / group (i.e. Bass) and another sound from the same Syntth (i.e. Lead) into another channel / group?
As far as I understand it now, the sound of the synth will always be audible in the group where I have set this as the audio-source. I would like to be the audio source only active when the group is selected, so I can record a new audio-track.
Is it possible to achieve that? If so, how?

I didn't spend much time because Maschine was what I need but.
M is master and if you can record one sound that's the thing but to different groups I am not sure. I control Drum computer for glitches and at the same time I control 3 midi Channels for Lock States, Scenes and Selections.
5pin MIDI cable. Is what I don't have available and still via USB I control 8 Chanel's of sounds but I don't control it wit Mashine they are just synced.
MF can be split in 4 Zones but sound is mono on the first. It was enough for me but if sounds are separated by MIDI channels then you can sync and it's not convenient to connect 4 MIDI channels without external interface that can do it.
I was happy with brute but I recorded everything I wanted and didn't touch it but freak is that thing I don't need to play but just Sound and later everything can be done in Sampler.
I assume that you can record to stereo ins one sound after the other, quickly to mono tracks. It's not taking time but one buy one. Or interface which is able to send and receive more.
One example recorded with Mobile phone but it's banging like on Festivals. No other sounds just what I got with M+ standalone mode.
I like music but Maschine made me better musician in. Ambient Music Drones, Space Ambient Compositional Music. Everything else is my daily under 5 minutes.
I didn't help but I was recording sounds and I never thought about Sync for Live Act but also I just need that sound and later I Modulate Start point in Sampler on MF sound that evolve from A to B . I could then modulate like it is instrument playing making modulation more complex and Resampling is process for Sound that it deep and full of details but somehow fat extremely. Octave lower. I wish you success and I would like to hear more about how did you adapt and did you because Maschine is device sighed by people who mare everything. They have millions of millions Studios but they are not crazy but they share knowledge. I did impossible and people attack me but one group was proud because PSY Trance in discussion about AKAI or Maschine... pointless it's about us not Equipment. And MF I thought I will keep it but Massive X is ultimate synth on computer still everything is given with Maschine under Hits FX kicks from how to do are there , Psy Trance Kicks ect. I am looking at Bass station 2 and only Micro Korg have something different. It was always to get Sample from device and that's it but now I make my Synthesizers in Maschine and because plugins are simple it's possible to do super sound that only you made it. I have one track where I made my own Grain Synth and it's magical but usually Album carries more but best acception are Tracks I put to fill the number…Murphy never sleep 😂. You route separate MIDI channel in MIDI channel and it's #1 now to do it with second repeat what is in the video and don't mind if it's not solution please but maybe it's what you thinking about exactly.
Don't mind music but setup I recorded. That's how you route everything you can - that Maschine can

If you set a 'Source' for the Pad than input will always be audible unless you enable Audio Mute on the PAD's output, then a regular Mute will mute it, but this mutes both input and what was recorded - So you would not be able to hear your Bass when Recording your Lead.
Are you sure you need to be using Audio Sources? You can just select the input in the Sampling/Record menu instead and record each thing one at a time with both Sources set to "None".
Setting a Source is only mandatory if you want to hear the input with FX while recording, if you really need this than turn the Source back to none after you record the Bass I guess.
