Four FX Display Side-by-Side
When selecting the four FX mode in Traktor Pro, two FX are crammed together into the same space previously occupied for each one. There is a lot of blank space right next to them - plenty that the controls for the individual FX could easily have been placed right next to those of the first two FX instead of getting that cramped display.
This was bad before, but is particularly problematic now with the addition of the Pattern Player, as there seems to be no way to access the pattern overview area when using four FX.
I propose an option to place the added FX units' interfaces in the blank area next to the existing ones, instead of trying to cram them all together into the space that a single unit normally occupies.

I don't see a way to edit the post, but something occurred to me that I should probably add:
In the event that someone made the window too narrow to display them side-by-side, it could either revert to the existing vertical behavior, or as a potentially better alternative, could show only one of the two units, but place both numbers next to them, and a box or other sort of indicator around the number of the one being displayed. Clicking on the indicated one (whose controls are displayed) could show the menu as it currently does, clicking the other would switch which one is shown.
This effectively provides three ways of displaying the FX:
- The current behavior (new option disabled)
- Side-by-side as I pictured in the original post (new option enabled, window wide enough)
- One at a time one each side of the window and switch between them (new option enabled, window too narrow).
