Hello, my concern is related to the tractor software. the following: I bought a tractor certified controller allen heath xone 4 d. so I was able to get tractor scratch 2 for 100 euros at that time. Know-how grew with his task, in the end I was able to handle all functions. From my own MIDI mapping to broadcasting, everything was learned.
Due to my professional life I could not really pursue my hobby for a while and so my set up stood around unmoved for 2-3 years.
After a new computer I had to reinstall Traktor, well the installation is still running :)
Since the activation key tab will redirect you to the Service Center. However, this one shows Server Communication Error 15. Yes, understood that online support has been discontinued and now Native Access continues its services. However, Traktor 2 does not appear as a download after entering the activation key.,

Try enabling "Show discontinued products" under Preferences > Legacy Products and see if your product shows up and activates.

Traktor 2 will not work on modern mac os, and thus native access will not show it.
