My new instrument is missing

Hello,

I purchased the following product yesterday: Session Guitarist - Acoustic Sunburst Deluxe (1). Unfortunately, it does not appear anywhere in my Native Access or in My Products and Serial Numbers. However, it does show up in my purchase history. How can I resolve this issue?
