Traktor Pro 3 & 4 hardware connection issues with new MacBook Air
Hi all,
hoping someone can help me.
I've just purchased a new MacBook Air M2 running Sonoma 14.5 and purchased Traktor Pro 4.
However no hardware is recognised when I open the setting tab in both Traktor 4 or Traktor 3.
Trying to connect Allen & Heath PX5 mixer, X1 controllers or a A6. None of these pieces of hardware become recognised. All worked perfect with previous laptop I no longer own.
I must be missing something obvious so excuse my ignorance however I can not find any information to get the hardware connected. I recall it was plug and play.
Can someone please help me here,
thanks
Ben

X1 mk1 will not work any more with modern mac OS. To use it you need to install a 3rd party app.
For the audio gear, that should still work. Make sure traktor has access to your microphone.

Thanks for your response.
The microphone was active, although I've restarted everything again without any change.
X1's I own are mark 2 btw.
Is there anything else you could advise me to try?
