Installation failed, but only with Massive (which came free with my focusrite scarlett)..

I just bought the focursrite 4i4, and I was pleased to see it included a licence for NI Massive. I installed the native access 3.12.1, and installed kontakt 7 player succesfully, but when I try to install massive (the unlabeled one on the left), I get the below error. All of my locations are set correctly.

    fixed itself by restarting. Apparently it took a while for the native access app to get word that I had registered my serial for the product.
