Okay, this is driving me crazy. I have had Native Access on my Windows 11 computer for a long time with no issues, but recently it will not load. I have tried to uninstall the program and reload - nothing seems to work. Can somebody please help?

Thank you

@tnicholl Can you boot into safe mode, uninstall everything NI and then return to try again?

Let me know how you go

Just do this with the Native Access app, you wont need to input all your serials again, you just need to totally remove the Native Access app completely and re-install it. And you may have some registry details to fix. But do try that after you have your Windows 11 back on track from this recent weekend's global outage disaster. I would uninstall from safe mode first. And re-install normally.

Hi McCee - I have many (75 plus) NI pieces of software, to uninstall all of that would be a horrendous task! I am not really a computer person. If there is a shorter route I would really appreciate it.
