New X1 added serial and no Traktor Pro 4

    Traktor Pro 4 works only with Mac OS 12 or higher. My Mac have OS 11 and i have the same problem.

    Had a response. all sorted. very impressed, not all companies do the right thing. If I'd bought the X1 3-6 months ago I'd say fair play and pay the upgrade, but when it's within the sending back period I think it's only fair they honour it. Very happy to be on the Traktor platform 🥰
