Problem with Update to Traktor Pro 4

I have registred licence Traktor Pro 3 for Traktor Kontrol S4 MK3

Day ago i bought update to TP4, nothing happened. No changes in Native Access (last version). No changes in "my products" .

When and Where can i download my update?

(mac book pro 14 m1 pro Sonoma, z2, s4 mk3)

    So if anyone would just jump onto the NI website to visit your account you will see all serial numbers ever purchased. I am seeing a list of 26 on my account under your name icon » "My Products and Serials"

    Just copy the serial you have now seen on the web for any version you are trying to register and paste that in to Native Access. There is an "Add Serial" bottom left.

    Then there is probably an error, in which case you should contact support.

    The upgrade key that I bought was immediately visible both in the account and in native access.

    And if this is just me let me know, but when you say "i bought update to TP4" that doesn't tell me if you downloaded the software and installed it.

    I'm guessing you pasted the serial in Native Access. Do you see the new serial in your Native Access now? Did it save correctly without whitespace?

    My order in "order history" is in "UNDER REVIEW" status.

    no serial TP4 in products and NA

    NI website → Support → Purchases & Account → Purchase support

    In the lower left corner you can start the chatbot. Unfortunately you have to deal with it to open a ticket for purchase support.

    And make sure you can provide you invoice number.

    When and Where can i download my update? Why have you been busting balls since 7/7 when it was just released a day or so ago?

    I don't/didn't see the upgrade in Native Access but I DID via my account on the NI site…maybe check that.

    Hello, just bought TP4. Then I found it in Native Access that is now at v3.12. Look at Libraries and found it there, not in Updates. Jope this helps. Regards. DJ Pat'Osh
