Lores, Reaktor Factory Selection R2 and Stradivari Cello are downloaded and NA2 displays a message that they are installed. However, they are not actually installed and remain Available in NA2. Hundreds of GBs available on the download and content drives. Many other titles downloaded and installed as expected.

Fixed. Don't know how or why but after a week they downloaded and installed successfully.

    Hi.

Are you on Windows or Mac, and which version?

Are all of your NI libraries directed to one place on your hard drive, or do you do like I do and sometimes put bigger libraries in different places or even on different drive partitions?

Mac. All NI libraries from Native Instruments are in a single content folder on a 2TB external SSD with 900GB free that NA2 is configured for. In the same session, NA2 successfully downloaded and installed a half dozen other libraries before this occurred with the last 3 to be processed. 95% of Komplete 14 Ultimate is there. Didn't think I could have multiple drives since NA2 only supports a single location.

Massive X Factory Library was added to Available today. Same thing happens to it - downloads, runs the install, says it installed but didn't and leaves it in Available.

Testing instruments and discovered that all Documents folders are empty so I messed up the install somehow. Perhaps also in other ways. Wondering if I need to wipe everything, read the install directions a couple times and try again!

And thank you for any assistance you can provide.
