Cannot purchase K14CE Upgrade, have K14U - NI website

Hello,

After clicking buy now I should get to page where i choose update/upgrade/full version.

For a split second i see some green colors there like on other products, but that one goes to "oops, something went wrong". It does not seem to happen with e.g. Kontakt 7 or Guitar Rig 7. On those I get to that page successfully.

I currently have K14U and would like to get advantage of the summer sales now. Maybe there will be K15 behind the corner but whatever..

I already tried Edge browser both normal and incognito, Firefox, adblocker is off, same issue.
I've created some ticket trough the chat bot, maybe they will reply tomorrow..
Does anyone else encounter this too or I'm doing something wrong?

I'm in Europe, website says 1 day 16 hours left.

If it was after the sale i would guess it would show me old pricing at least.

Hi, sorry, it got resolved by itself, it was working later in the evening.

I told the support to close the ticket on Monday.

You can lock the thread or delete it.
