Setting beat grid does not work

I've been using Traktor since the beginning and I've never experienced this issue. It will not let me set the beatgrid. I typically would set or fix the beat grid manually by setting a cue point and then selecting grid. What's happening now is that I can set a cue point on the first beat but when I select grid it deletes the cue point. I've tried everything I can think of. Now it's not even auto setting the grid. Please help!

Set a dedicated grid point. Advanced Layout → Grid →

After that, if you want this point to have a number, just add an additional numbered hotcue on top.
