Can't download 8Dio Modern Scoring Bundle

Hi y'all. I purchased the 8Dio Modern Scoring Bundle last month. Today I tried to install via Native Access; the various modules are showing up as expected, but there's no option to "install" — it's just asking me to locate the folder where they're already installed via "Add Library."

Did I miss a separate email with a download link? I'm clearly missing something, and/or I'm being stupid. Thanks!

I believe the 8Dio stuff needs to be downloaded from 8DIO and the copied into place on your drives. You add the serial to NA and then use the Locate button to let NA know where the product is installed.

Some vendor stuff is available directly from NA - but not all.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think that's the case here; in the past NI has provided clear instructions regarding third-party library download locations, etc. — here my confirmation email says that the download will happen automatically via Native Access. And it looks like the only way to download through 8dio is to create an account and use their download manager, which (I understand) would only recognize purchases made via their own storefront.

Fair enough. What version of NA are you using?

    What OS?

    What version of Kontakt?

So, prompted by your questions, I discovered that I was on an old version of Native Access. I downloaded the latest version, and voila! — all good. Thanks for bearing with me; I appreciate the help!

    Hi
I have the same problem. Bought the library via Native Instruments online store. Native Access only allows connecting to an already downloaded library, no options for download in this case. Just "Add library" and then a search-for-folder-dialogue.
So i opened a user Account @8DIO but this shows "no orders placed yet"
I am a bite confused about polyphonic's solve - as Native Access normally auto-updates itself (at least mine does). So I am using the latest version - but don't see any possible way to get this (pretty expensive) library working… ??

I actually was already on the the latest version FOR MY OS. I was on a really old version of MacOS and had to update that, after which Native access updated to the most recent version for that platform, which resolved my issue. No need to sign up for an 8Dio account.

    ah … I understand.
Would you mind having a look at which version of NA you have ?

Mine is 1.14.1 but I am running OS 12.6. (Montery) so who nows… maybe there is a newer NA version out there only for higher OS... (?)
Still strange, why there is -up to now- no solution / no possible way for me to download a paid software (a whole bundle for a couple of hundred bucks … (!)

Your version of Native Access is retired. You need to download Native Access 2 (v 3.12.1) and get that going.

Native Access 1 will not upgrade to V2. They are completely different programs. You need to dump NA v1 by uninstalling it and then install NA v3.12.1)

Once you do this - report back.
