Why does Native Access ALWAYS want dependencies

I have gone thru the Native Access dependency issues at least 4 times when purchasing NI software. Today I made the mistake of buying an NI product. When I started Native Access it told me there was a new version. Like a fool I told it to install! Now I have the STUPID dependency issue message. Yes Native Access has the disk access rights. Why does Native Instruments keep using this BOGUS software that blows up EVERY TIME it is reinstalled??????
Why do I have to go thru a LONG and TEDIOUS process of tracking down and removing files, over and over and over again?

WHEN is Native Instruments going to fix this so I don't have to get VERY PISSED OFF because once again I have to play around with installer (Native Access) issues. After this I will find other sources for products. Way to go Native Instruments, you've lost a customer that has spent thousand of dollars on your products. After this we are DONE!!!!!
