Is there any support at all ??
I have just spent a lot of money on software which Native "Access" refuses to download even after I have followed every help advice from NI and other users.
Is there anybody at NI that can create a help ticket and help me out? Anybody?
It seems impossible to actually contact a real human being in this company.
Is anybody there?

Thank you Mert_NI .. that's hopeful.
I am in the process of reloading O/S and retrying all the NI troubleshooting walkthroughs just to make sure I have applied them correctly. I will definitely engage with the support ticket if this fails if you could bear with me.
