all the issues im having

first i cannot get any SD card to function including the 64gb card that came with it.

The internal space seems to be completely full of libraries and plugins. But I cant uninstall or delete any of the libraries or plugins. I see that there is an update to maschine plus available when i connect my account and turn on wifi. It downloads the update to 99% but then it will say it failed and it wont fully download or install…..almost as if there isnt enough space left on the hardware to download and install the update.

when im using maschine in standalone mode….there isnt any space available to record audio samples.

when i connect the maschine to computer in storage mode, it appears full but i either cannot access it (wont open), there is nothing to delete, or i delete everything and it still appears on the maschine plus in standalone.

this has made the maschine plus unusable in standalone mode….ive tried to factory reset….and when i turn it back on …. all the libraries are still installed no space is available.

When formatting on the computer are you using an ExFAT file format?

Given your description, it sounds like there might be a hardware issue.

I've gone through their machine hardware repair and when it sends me to the "send a ticket" page, the link sends me to a page that no longer exists and it goes right back to the beginning.

When you click Hardware Repairs here, Do you get to see this menu? Or does it loop at the end of it?

Try another browser, or clearing cache.

SD cards often have a tiny write protection lock button on it that you can switch on or off, check if that's the issue.

If that's not the issue then try formatting the SD card? Obviously, save any projects, samples, etc somewhere else before you do that.

Also, micro SD card + full-size SD adapters are known to be problematic, my advice is to buy a full-size "Sandisk Extreme Pro" or equivalent name-brand SD card as this solves issues for many users. The SD+ Adaptor that comes with the M+ is pretty cheap…

Ive tried the write lock switch and I've spent a few hundred dollars on various cards including the one you suggested and I've tried to format. I don't have anything saved on the M+ so I'm not worried about losing projects. But formatting on the M+ fails. And formatting on CPU works but won't let me write to it in on the m+ either. I've been trying to figure this out for a year. But since Native Instruments has zero customer service, literally zero. I've gone through their machine hardware repair and when it sends me to the "send a ticket" page, the link sends me to a page that no longer exists and it goes right back to the beginning.

    Pretty awesome.....
