Art conductor snap shots and 8 dio bundle

I use art conductor templates for key switching when I orchestrate… huge time saver. Babylonwaves just came out with an update that included the new 8 dio bundle from NI. ALL GOOD! So the process is to load the 8 dio instrument into Kontakt and then load the art conductor snapshot which includes every articulation that the instrument has to offer. So for the sake of discussion, I’m loading the violin1 ens. Patch….. loading the patch is easy… no problem. Loading the snapshot of the art conductor KS template is when things get weird. As you can see in the attached screenshot, Kontakt is asking for a file that does not exist on my computer. If I select “ignore this time” then nothing happens….. can’t load the snapshot. This renders the 8 dio bundle useless to me… I hope someone at NI can help.

    @Michael Terry Have you contacted Babylonwaves or 8Dio? We sell the bundles and handle some of the download and installation process but we have no control over these third party scripts and functions of third party libraries.

    Jeremy, thanks for the response. I have contacted Babylonwaves but with no success. Marc at BW says there's nothing he can do… he won't help… PERIOD … pretty sad…. really interesting thing and maybe you can answer. Under the " assumed at" column in the Kontakt window, I have seen various different folders, one being with Marc's name on it.

    Ok, not great. Have you tried to look for that nki file in the files you downladed from our friend Marc/Babylonwaves?

    I have tried many times. There's a "resolve manually" which has proven to be a bust and then there is a "resolve automatically" which I have chosen, walked away for 10 minutes, and it's still searching….. should I walk away for 20 minutes next time?

    Not sure it will have an impact but does Kontakt have full disk access? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

    If Babylonwaves are not helping I would recommend to ask for a refund.
