Are they somewhere on the SD card? Or in the internal memory/storage?

After months of no problems, my Maschine+ won’t boot up in standalone mode. I can still get into controller mode into Maschine 2 desktop, but no luck on Standalone mode. I did briefly get it to boot up, without the add card in, after leaving it off and unplugged overnight, but one switch back to Controller mode and now I can’t boot into standalone again - just sits indefinitely on “Maschine+ is starting”.
@Jeremy_NI and @Kai_NI have raised a ticket overnight (last time i saw you answer this kind of problem, you suggested it may be a hardware fault - maybe please let them know to expect me, without any insights you may be able to share, if possible? Thank you!)
FYI I’ve tried adding the system reset file to the original sd card from the usual article (hasn’t worked this time), and booted with or without a card, with two different cards, and with and without usb cable etc.
