Change of PC

Hi, I am upgrading PC and have a question. I have Komplete 14 Collectors edition and would like to install on new PC. I do not want to have to go through the downloads again since I have a very slow connection. Can I load all the instruments from a backup on my old PC? I realise I will have to download Komplete 14 and the downloader app.

That's what I do.

I simply use my existing "Libraries" drive (L:\) from the old build and use it in the new build.

Once Native Access is set up and I tell NA (under Preferences→File Management) to use L:\Native Instruments as my Content Directory - I get a long series of "Locate" buttons come available for each product I had installed in the last DAW build.

Simply click Locate, find the old library files and that library will switch over to Installed.

Unfortunately (as of NA v3.11.1) - you still have to do this on a one by one basis - so you might be there for a while - but it is a drastically shorter timeframe than having to download everything again.
