Moved to external hard drive - Yikes this is a mess!
I was really excited to purchase Komplete 14 this year especially with the discounted offers. Here is my problem, it looks like I botched the installation and in a attempt to have everything I own on the same external hard drive, added insult to injury as now the pathways are all messed up.
I have attempted to use both Relocate (which I was tedious for sure, and though looked like it worked.) In some cases I had to reinstall (which presented all its own issues.)
I opened Maschine and most of my expansion packs and instruments were listed but had the plug image and no content. I was able to get the images by locating the image files in the NI folder, and although the image shows up I am still getting the "Expansion Pack was not installed correctly and the option to find the individual sound, loop, instrument, ect….
At this point should I completely remove all NI products from my Mac and all of the expansions, instruments, and plug-ins from the external drive? Then reinstall on the external? I don't want to use my Mac primary drive - so much stuff - no free space.
I am pretty well versed in multiple products from NI and other production suites, as well as multiple DAWs and plug-in manufacturers, just haven't had this kind of issue before.
Your help is appreciated,
