    Any more details would be really needed if you want help. Which Kontrol S? S2 Mk1, S2 Mk2, S2 Mk3, S3, S4 Mk1, S4 Mk2, S4 Mk3, S5 or S8? Which operating system? Is this problem new or was it always there? And a few more words about what is the problem actually would be great.

    Only hint I can give you now: Look in the settings of Traktor Pro in the section for your controller you usually have a setting to calibrate faders and knobs.
