Maschine 2 software not installed inside Native Acces
Dear Community,
I have a problem with couple of things inside Native Access.
My Maschine software looks like it is not installed, together with other plugins like Massive etc.
Ussually inside of Native Access i could see that this producys was installed but now I have only OPEN tab bellow the product, as you can see on the photo.
I did not update Komplete Kontrol because I have version 1, is update ready for Komplete Kontrol1?
Also, it happens sometimes when I am turning on my Maschine MK3 controller, all pads on controller became white and I need to restart controller again to work properly.
All problems happens since I dont see my Maschine 2 software under the installed products inside of Native Access.
Can you please help me?

I checked your screenshot and everything seems okay with your Native Access and your products in it. Even though it appears like "Open" for your Maschine and Massive in the Native Access, this means that they are installed and ready to be opened. And the reason you have "Open" besides them is because they can be opened in standalone mode by clicking on the "Open" button.
According to your question with Komplete Kontrol, it seems ready to be updated in your Native Access, please click the blue exclamation icon just besides it and the Native Access should inform you about the updating option for the Komplete Kontrol.
