Track loads fine but will not play on deck 2.

This has occurred several times over 3 years and several updates (during events).

I load a track onto deck 2, usually cue it just to check and it will not play. I can load a different song, skip ahead in the track but nothing will make it play. No error message. Deck 1 behaves normally.

Dragging and dropping the track with the trackpad rather than using Traktor worked once but failing that restarting Traktor was the only solution each time. (happened last time during wedding dances, not fun.)

I can't continue using it if this is going to be hanging over my head and I'd love to be told that it's an easy fix/user error.

I had that once when I used CDJs in HID mode. Somehow I manage to load the mapping twice and it canceled the "play" out.

Maybe check if there is something funny going on with your mapping. Either loaded the mapping twice, or mapped the play button twice or something like that.

When you press play on the deck2 do you get a "midi message" indicator icon light up?
