This is usually the sign of a bad USB C connection. We would recommend to try with a dedicated USB C hub if your Mac mini doesn't have USB C connections. Other users made it work with this kind of hub.

It was plugged in the Mac c port with the factory cable but it's stuck in white screen now

Definitely try with a hub, that should fix it.

A c USB to c hub ? Or standard USB to c hub? Does it need to be self powered hub?

You think different power and hub will make the keyboard not have a white screen?

@Don j Buskirk Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying since my first comment, we already had many similar cases. I even included what kind of model of powered hub, there's a link, simply click on here → hub

Many computers do not provide enough consistent power via USB C to perform the update of firmware, this is especially the case with S88 Mk3 (more LEDs, I guess).

NI has always advised (and it’s also in user manual) to use USB C charger with PD and good quality USB C PD cable in second USB C port on the keyboard. Some Macs USB chipset might also cause problems with firmware update and because of that at, least for firmware update, USB C powered Hub is advisable.
