maschine+ won't register

Been at this for hours. Was on Chat with support Friday and couldn't figure this out.
Tried several times again.

Chat support created a ticket. Today I got an email from "Pedro" asking wha'ts the issue?. Guessing Pedro didn't care to read the chat conversation. Tried the chat again today, it said it was putting me in touch with someone. It's now been an hour and a half and no one has jumped on the chat.

Could someone please help me figure this out? I have a $1000 paperweight on my desk. I'd really like to enjoy what I paid for and not be frustrated.

What's the dealio, Native-Instruments?????????????

    So frustrating. I hate compnaies like this. If you're going to sell something have support!

    I've emailed, I've chatted, I've emailed the seller (authorized NI dealer on Reverb), I just LinkedIn messaged the Chief Product Officer.

    I don't know what else to do. I really just want to throw this thing out the window at this point.

    1. searched Reddit (which only made me more frustrated when I read all of the negative comments about NI support)
    2. searched Youtube
    3. searched the web
    4. Searched the NI community
    5. asked ChatGPT

    so yes, HOURS OF MY LIFE GONE.

    You won’t like this but… to get an answer will take days not hours.

    Patience is a virtue you really need when dealing with NI.

    yea well, I'm weird… I kinda want the products I pay $1000 for to work. :)

    I just set up a return and going to switch to Akai MPC. I don't patron companies that waste my time needlessly because they can't ship their stuff in working order. This is a known issue as I've seen it within the community and on Reddit.

    Thank you for trying to help, Ozon. That was more than NI did… I'm never going to buy an NI product again.

    If you like the workflow on the MPC it’s a nice device for sure!

    i had also the problem that it wot register, got 3 files from NI , did not automatically update, BUT when you press SHIFT in the register screen, you have the update possibility. so that worked for me, so i can play. but now still cant connect with native Access. not as smooth as i hooped ,.. (but the hardware is nice so i will struggle some more before sending it back, for now)
