How to fix this problem with one of my kontact libraries?

hi

I can't open one of my libraries, yet it has no problem in native access, I contacted support telling me what I should do, however it worked but it is now failing again, and I can't reach them anymore😥

. So it told me "
If your product opens as a demo or displays a demo warning or does not display at all, please go to the following directories listed below that are relevant to your operating system:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center "

however this does not work. If anyone has any idea I would be extremely grateful.😊
