How to fix this problem with one of my kontact libraries?

I can't open one of my libraries, yet it has no problem in native access, I contacted support telling me what I should do, however it worked but it is now failing again, and I can't reach them anymore😥

. So it told me "

however this does not work. If anyone has any idea I would be extremely grateful.😊

finally it worked again by miracle however if anyone has a solution for next time I'm interested
