Kontakt 7 Bug

Yesterday i purchased the kontakt 7 upgrade for 50 euros ( I had Kontakt 6). My issue is that although i downloaded the kontakt factory library 2 which was 30 GB, Kontakt 7 has a bug.

  1. It doesnt show kontakt factory library 2 on the browser. Only if i choose rack view, which also takes ages to load.
  2. The new libraries dont show individually like all other libraries in Kontakt (maybe i'm wrong on that one, and the libraries can only be chosen via Kontakt factory library 2)
  3. In Kontakt 7 many libraries show a loading icon instead of theirs, which is never completed. I believe that is a bug

And the worst part is that I cannot contact with a representative of NI. A real person. Only articles. I have spent 2 hours reading articles and forums trying to find a solution and its kind of frustrating.

The steps i took were:

I deleted the library cashe as well as the favourites in order to repopulate the data base

I have also done a complete reinstall of both Kontakt 7 and Native Access

All the libraries are selected from the options menu (Library)

Tried moving the files in other paths

My product liscense key for Kontakt Factory Library 2 shows as activated

Does any one phase the same problem? Does anyone have a solution?Can NI help me on this matter?
