Can I get Customer service help?

I received the machine mk3 2 days ago pads 1-8 dont work everything else works great I am sure its defective I just want to replace it but the website stinks and you get the run around. I should have ordered it from Sweetwater or amazon because this is a major hassle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @Ed Kline Sorry that it's taking a bit longer than expected. It's the usual process to do some basic troubleshooting in these cases and we're also in the middle of a big sales specials so it impacts our response times.     It is now 1 week later I have been asking for a return refund on a unit that is defective. I have purchased another Machine Mk3 on amazon it works great. I have been saying since I received the first one from NI that it is defective. Why cant I get help? Ni makes great products in my opinion customer service stinks.
