Program Change inc/dec in midi mode?

Is there any way to assign increment/decrement program change to the buttons in midi mode?

At the moment the only way I can see that PC is supported is:
- map PC to a knob (which allows you to send PC messages, but is far too sensitive for selecting individual programs)
- map a single specific PC value to a button (so you can select one program, but not cycle through them)

I'm wondering if there is some other way to do it?

Well, you can set a more limited range when assigned to a knob:

Apart from that, there's no other way.
