Can Nolonger Install or Uninstall Machine+ Expasion Packs

Today I purchased the Echo Versions expansion pack, downloaded it to 100% but failed to install showing error message "something went wrong". Tried several times to install but same issue occurs. I also tried to uninstall an expansion pack but was immediately met with the same error message.

Anybody else have/had this issue with Machine+? Any one solve this issue?

    Yes, sometimes the Native Access/install page in M+ says "Not logged in with Native ID" (most of the time) and I cant un/install anything. I don't know why this is as sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesnt and it's always a chance of luck. Thought it would be fixed with an update but not yet. Sorry I cant answer but at least know you're not alone!

    Update… Bizarre behaviour!

    I put my original sd card that came with Machine+ back into my device and managed to download and install the Echo Versions expansion pack. I then took the original card out of my Machine+ and put into my PC, then transfered the files onto my larger Sandisc Pro sd card that I had been using. I put the Sandisc card back into the Machine+ and the Echo Versions expansion pack appeared…. for a few minutes, then was gone! ugh!

    The Sandisc Pro card has loads of memory left on it, so that can't be the issue. I've ordered another sd card just in case the Sandisc has malfunctioned, but it seems fine for everything else Machine. Just weird!

    @Tris is the Sandisk a micro with adapter or full sized card? If it’s a micro, that adapter might be the issue. All sorts of weird malfunctions have been reported on the forum by users (including me) of micro SD cards.

    @ozon Sandisc is micro sd. I've tried 3 different sd adapters, but unfortunately the problem persists. I can transfer data to and from the card via pc, so can't be a connection issue. It just seems to clam up when the Machine+ tries to download or uninstall exspansion packs. I can still save projects to the Sandisc card in the Machine+, but it just wont work with downloads etc. Thanks for the advice though.

    @Tris I meant to try a full sized card, not a different adapter.

    I can transfer data to and from the card via pc, so can't be a connection issue.

    I didn’t believe it either until I experienced it myself. Even an expensive premium micro SD might work just fine on the computer, but produce weird issues on the M+.
