Native Access is broken

For months now, we have all been putting up with this. It is really unacceptable from a big company like this. I own 3 NI KK keyboards and a Maschine and love the hardware. I have Komplete 14 CE. What I am trying to say is I have a substantial investment.

But this pile of broken software has soured my outlook. Everytime I open NA I spend sooo much time waiting for it to "update". I have sat through so many "download failed messages". I have purchased Kontakt Player libraries and it has taken days to get them installed. I have uninstalled, registry cleaned, AppData cleaned, rebooted, reinstalled so many times. Restarted NTK over and over.

I just can't put up with it anymore. It is horribly broken. NI needs to take a long hard look at this and fix it. I will not spend another dime on any NI product or Kontakt Player library. And I am going to shout loud and long at any third party developer to give up on Player to just require Kontakt full and flip NI the bird for absolutely ruining the user experience and save their money.

I hope you all join me in protest.

    Bottom line NI doesn't care.

    I sent this letter to some muck-ity-muck when he came on line to get the inside scoop on how customers felt. I wasnt able to post to the thread because it was closed, so I sent the pm listed below.

    My PM was sent in March. The individual has yet to respond. Not so much as an apology or anything

    Again, they don't care

    I used to be a fond admirer of NI product for a long time, but I am no longer. Too many problems that have gone ignored. Look at Trust Pilot. Too many excuses as to why things aren't getting fixed. In your "update" posted on the forum, you said you learned alot. IMHO, and as a past Product Owner, Program Manager, and Director, I would know about the i'lls of the product I am responsible for, not learn about it
    long after the fact as it seems you are. Allow me to put it to you in different terms. I have 3 students. I am teaching them a wide variety of things of the musical nature. Last year together as a group, we decided to stay away from NI product due to the unstable nature of your platform. In terms of $$$, you lost the sale of 3 Komplete Ultimate Collectors licenses. How much money did you loose there? How much money have you lost due to really poor Trust Pilot Rating? How much money have you lost due to your thinly veiled subscription service? I could go on.

    BTW, I experienced GREAT difficulty when refreshing my computer a few months ago, and I can attest to the fact that when I installed my libraries back when there was a maintenance issue, it corrupted my install, and I had to completely rebuild my computer

    Sorry, but I am one of many that's leaving.
