Pads not responding in scene mode sound breaking up.

Hello community need your help urgently.

Playing live with the Mk3 in two days and pads have started to not respond in scene mode.

The sound is also crakling🙄 and fading a bit.

The sounds are all coming from The maschine, songs have been playing ok for a couple of weeks.

What's your operating system? Is it also happening on an empty project or only on bigger ones? Are you using the MK3 as soundcard as well?

What are your audio settings?

Hi Jeremy, running windows 10 pro with a SD external hard drive and was using the Maschine Mk3 as soundcard, but now trying running through a Focusrite solo 3rd gen and it seems to be better.

The projects use mainly NI plugins.

The problem is, I have done two live sets in the last couple of weeks without a any issues then a few days ago the pads started freezing in scene mode, and when I changed to another project the Maschine controller still displayed the old project but the laptop had the new project on the screen. The sound was also crackling and fading away.

I have some new dates and am concerened about it freezing up during live show.
