Ozone 11 Advanced crossgrade for owner of Komplete 14 standard not being recognized?

It clearly states on the site that you can cross grade to Ozone 11 advanced if you own Komplete. I own Komplete 14 standard. It is clearly registered in my account and yes, I am logged in with the same email and account I purchased Komplete 14 with. So I add Ozone 11 Advanced to my cart and it gives me this warning:

I then go to pay. It then gives me this additional warning that I won't be able to use the software:

My account clearly shows Komplete 14 registered. There is some kind of error happening.

My question: has anyone else attempted to cross grade to Ozone 11 advanced, received this error, and purchased anyway and it worked?

I am nervous to buy it because if it fails to activate, who knows how long it will take to get ahold of customer service in order to fix it (as I know this is a busy time for them) - and that's if they can fix it at all? Don't wanna be stuck with a license I can't use because of the system error. I am trying to give Native Instruments money haha, can anyone help?

I checked with our web team and can confirm that the "wrong license" error is a false warning. Sorry for the confusion here. If you haven't already, please ignore the error and go ahead with the crossgrade.

The N.I. shop have already had one or more other mishaps and it is impossible for us in the forum to guarantee anything.

The only ones that can assist you with that error is N.I. Purchase Support . If you are absolutely sure that you actually do qualify for the cross-grade and if you should choose to buy and then if the cross-grade does not work then you will have to contact N.I. Account Support .

As general rule then if you buy a cross-grade like that directly from N.I. shop in good faith and it does not work then usually you will be able to get a refund. But for any warranties you will still have to contact support since I am not in a position to offer any.

P.S. I think that I read somewhere that if the license you have is a NFR (not for resale) license then that might not qualify.

Thanks for the response! I do have an update:

After I added the "Ozone 11 Advanced" cross grade to my Native instruments cart, I kept getting the errors at checkout so I left it in the cart. I then decided to go to Izotope's site instead of NI, and the discounted Ozone 11 Advanced at cross grade price is now in my Izotope cart with the same discount cross grade price. No errors checking out on Izotope and I now have the full advanced version installed. It seems the Native Instruments site has the crossgrade errors.

No errors checking out on Izotope and I now have the full advanced version installed.

Probably only because the iZotope site is not yet totally fused with the N.I. site why it then do not have the same product awareness of N.I. Komplete bundle products as the N.I. site has so that it basically do not check cross-grade eligibility at the moment.

Note: if you add Ozone 11 Advanced to your cart on Izotope.com site, it does not show the cross grade price ($125) only the sale ($199). BUT if you add Ozone Advanced as a cross grade on NI site THEN go back to Izotope cart- it is magically added to your Izotope cart WITH the cross grade price and no errors upon check out.
