New Maschine+ Skips Welcome Screen & Wifi Setup Protocol - Stand Alone Mode Not Working

This is my 3rd discussion today. I think I have everything in order now. Sorry for multiple posts.

I am following the protocols from these videos in attempting to setup a brand new, out of the box Maschine+ I ordered from Native Instruments website:

My Maschine+ did NOT show a welcome screen.

My Maschine+ did NOT prompt for WiFi connection.

My Maschine+ skips from the Starting Maschine screen to an Update Screen with a message saying I can proceed to UPDATE Maschine+ by pressing Button 8. Upon pressing, I receive the following:

Error: The local images path cannot be accessed

Google search has nothing. I even called Sweet Water to see if they had any notes on this issue. They are not familiar with it either.

I'm not sure why my unit had no welcome screen and does not prompt for WiFi out of box like the videos linked above show. Are the above videos from an older build?

Is it possible my unit is faulty? Is there a way to find out? Does NI offer replacements if new units ship faulty?

At this point, my Maschine+ will not function in Stand Alone mode and I'm hoping for resolution. I'm not sure that a support ticket has been issued as the NI Chat Bot stated. I have yet to receive an email saying a ticket was created.

I don't know… I spent a good amount of money on NI hardware and software the past month (M32, MK3 Mikro, Maschine+, upgrade to Komplete 14CE) so I'm hoping it all comes together.

Not receiving an email saying a ticket was created is very disconcerting.

In my opinion, your unit is either not brand new and has already been tinkered with or is DOA. Either way, Sweeteater should replace it for a new one.
