Kontrol S61 Mk3 serial number not recognized by Native Access

Yes, I logged in. Yes, I tried very carefully entering in the serial number three times. It is the hardware serial number that is displayed on the screen of the keyboard, and is printed on the card and is on the underside of the keyboard.

What gives? TIA,

Yes, although I am puzzled as to why it needed to be fixed in the first place. In the end, I input the same serial number that it came with, but with the help of support, it was then accepted. This seems to be a common issue. I'm glad it's fixed, but I lost two days waiting due to being on the west coast of the USA.
