I ordered a Native Instrument Vintage Electric Guitar VST yesterday. I have received an order confirmation in an email stating that the link to the download for the VST has already been sent to me. However, no such email has been sent to me and there doesn't seem to be anyway to contact this company.

If you are referring to "SESSION GUITARIST – ELECTRIC VINTAGE" then that is not a VST but a Kontakt library for use with Kontakt 7 Player or Pro.

Check if you can find the serials on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as Not registered and if it lists as not registered then it should be registered in Native Access using the add serial in lower left of the N.A. interface.

Ok, thank you for clarifying that I need Kontakt player for this library. However, when I try to download the free Kontakt 7 player I get a message saying download failed.

You are very short on the information and you also do not give computer type and OS , but I will go with PC and Windows 10 from your profile page (?). Also we need the exact error given (or e.g. screenshot of error)

Are you using latest version of Native Access for your OS as you ought to do ?

Else try the trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and all offending product XML)

OK, thanks again for your help. I am brand new to home recording and as you probably guessed have never ordered a sound library to insert into my DAW (Studio One Pro.) I am using an ASUS laptop computer with Windows 11 and I have the latest edition of Native access and I have Kontakt on my desk top and in the Studio One Pro browser. I have downloaded the Vintage Guitar and have found the path in C public documents libraries and added the Vintage Guitar library in locations area of Studio one. It now shows up in the browser section with the other studio one instruments such as Impact and Mojito etc. However, when I click on the Electric Vintage instrument in the drop down menu of the browser section of Studio One, I don't see a whole bunch of different guitar instruments such as can be found in the Presence sampled librar where if you click on bass or organ you can choose from different types of bass instruments or types of organs. And what's more, when I click on either Electric Vintage or Electric Vintage (Melody) and drag them into a track of a new song I get an error message saying, Program File Electric Vintage.nki.failed to load!

@Jeremy_NI , Could you please take a look at the above problem with DAW (Studio One Pro) use ?

Ok, I'm not that familiar with Studio One but let's try!

First of all, to be sure everything is set up properly you should open Kontakt 7 as a standalone program. You can find it here at it's default location: C:\Program Files\Native Instruments\Kontakt 7.

Is the library showing there? Can you load it and play it?

If it works there, close it and open Studio One, load a Kontakt plug-in and load the library. That should be it.
