What are these two untitled items at the top of my library list and how do I get rid of them?

These two showed up after updating NA to 3.11.1 ona Win 11 PC (build 23H2). Clicking Install pops up a non-valid location and download failed errors. I can install other items without issue.

Doesn't seem to be any way to delete them. What gives?
