Unable to get Native Access working on M3 Mac Sonoma

I've tried everything I can find online as a solution. Turning off and on private relay, making sure everything has full disk access, etc. Nothing will install and it's really starting to bother me. Why is M3 not supported?
If anyone has any ofther work around, I would be very grateful for your help.
