My dad tried to transfer the serial for Mikro Maschine mk3 to my account and accidently claimed it.

He logged in onto my laptop with me logged in on another tab. did all the right steps for a transfer. then clicked to the other tab to claim on my account but it had auto logged into his one and now it isnt transferrable.

What can i do? Thanks
