Kontakt 7 crash

So I have all the latest updates : Access 311.1 - Kontakt 7.10.2 But it still crashes.

Have Sonoma 14.5 On Mac.

A guy named Sebastion from NI was supposed to work this out for me but he did not show up at the scheduled time. The program cashes in Access and in my DP it fails the authorization.

This has been going on for months with no help.

    Sorry , this needs the attention of @Jeremy_NI , to please look into.

    Please notice that Jeremy_NI has not been seen here since the 16th and I have no information when he is back.

    @tobytune It seems that the remote assistance session finally happened and the issue was fixed, by resetting Kontakt's database, if I'm correct?
