Kontakt 7 crash

So I have all the latest updates : Access 311.1 - Kontakt 7.10.2 But it still crashes.

Have Sonoma 14.5 On Mac.

A guy named Sebastion from NI was supposed to work this out for me but he did not show up at the scheduled time. The program cashes in Access and in my DP it fails the authorization.

This has been going on for months with no help.

Sorry , this needs the attention of @Jeremy_NI , to please look into.

Please notice that Jeremy_NI has not been seen here since the 16th and I have no information when he is back.

@tobytune , I have called Jeremy_NI to take a look at things for you which is alas all I can do since I am not a N.I. employee . Otherwise then please do not open more threads on the subject above. (your other thread has been deleted).

@tobytune It seems that the remote assistance session finally happened and the issue was fixed, by resetting Kontakt's database, if I'm correct?
