    Please do NOT expose your serial numbers in public view!
    Send them to NI Support, if and when asked.

    I deleted the photo with your serial (but i can confirm that exists @Jeremy_NI)

    yeah sorry about that i couldnt find any other way to prove i bought this thing. but yeah i remember using it clear as day just right after i reset my pc and installed everything massive and maschine 2 software was gone. so sorry for that.

    i understand, but this was to protect you, since someone with bad intentions might download the images and try to impersonate you (i also edited your newer photo)…


    you can send the full number with a personal message to an admin, or to NI support… if and when asked… no one is question your honesty on this matter :-)

    iv just tried that all it does is take me to the same pages in a circle im trying to send screenshots and now its saying errors i cant send. can u send someone here please. nothing is working

    all it does is keep taking me to how can we help you and all it does is take me to an AI did u do this or that is this installed blah blah blah its not taking me to any support at all

    FINALLY THEY HELPED ME. I JUST GOT AN EMAIL. THEY SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR TYPO IN MY EMAIL ADDRESS (The problem was due to a typo in the email you registered the Maschine Mikro) dont know how the heck that happened in the first place. my ISSUE IS FINALLY FIXED.
